These Terms govern all sales, services, and communications provided by Mackai Time (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold by Mackai Time are guaranteed 100% authentic. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment must be completed before shipment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel any order prior to shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship via FedEx Overnight, fully insured, to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Hold Location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the watch, provided it is in exact original condition with all included accessories. Buyers must obtain return authorization before shipping an item back.

6. Product Condition

Pre-owned watches may show minor wear consistent with age. Product descriptions and photos accurately represent the item at the time of sale.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mackai Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item purchased.

8. Privacy

All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
